Welcome Millie Moo: Our Newest Arrival at Canterbury Creek Farm!
Our newest calf, Millie Moo
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a beautiful new baby calf at Canterbury Creek Farm! This past week, our beloved Dexter cow, Kiki, gave birth to a heifer calf named Millie Moo. Millie is mostly black but has a tinge of brown as well, is already capturing the hearts of everyone at the farm.

Dexter cows are a small breed known for their gentle nature and friendly temperament. Here are some fascinating facts about these delightful animals:
Size and Weight: Dexter cows are one of the smallest breeds of cattle, typically weighing between 600 and 1,000 pounds. Their compact size makes them well-suited for small farms and homesteads.
Color Variety: Dexter cows come in various colors, including black, red, and dun. Millie’s striking black coat with brown on her face is a beautiful example of the diversity within this breed.
