Summer Camps 2025: Fun, Friendship, and Farm Adventures at Ada Farm School
This summer at Ada Farm School was one to remember! Our 2025 Farm Summer Camps were our most successful yet โ we ran more camps than ever before and welcomed a record number of campers to experience life on the farm. Each week was filled with laughter, learning, and hands-on adventures that truly captured the spirit of what we do here at Ada Farm School.
We are so grateful to all of the campers and families who joined us this year. Your enthusiasm and support made it an incredible season of growth, friendship, and discovery.
๐ด Pony Rides, Painted Ponies & Farm Favorites
One of the biggest highlights of every week was spending time with our ponies โ Casper, Dolly, and Chapps. Campers had the chance to enjoy pony rides, brush their favorite ponies, and even paint a pony โ an activity that both the campers and ponies absolutely loved!
These moments of connection and care are what make our farm camps so special. Watching a child gently brush a pony or smile during their first ride is a reminder of why we do what we do.
๐ฟ Learning, Friendship & Nature
At Ada Farm School, our philosophy centers on helping children learn through nature, community, and play. Summer camp gives children a chance to:
Meet new friends and practice cooperation and kindness
Explore the outdoors and discover the magic of life on a working farm
Develop confidence and responsibility while caring for animals
This summer offered ample opportunities for growth, independence, and joyful exploration. Every day brought something new โ from feeding goats and collecting eggs to exploring the gardens and splashing in the mud!
โ๏ธ Kindergarten Prep Camp: Ready for the Next Adventure
In addition to our traditional one-week, three-hour summer camps, we were thrilled to continue offering our Kindergarten Prep Camp for the second year in a row.
These extended, full-day sessions in August ran seven hours per day and were designed to help campers transition smoothly into kindergarten. Through longer days filled with stories, art, animal care, and outdoor play, students experienced what it feels like to spend a full day learning, exploring, and building independence.
Weโre so proud of all of our campers who took part โ they are more than ready to take their next big step!
๐ Thank You to Our Families and Campers
As we look back on this summer, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you to every camper, parent, and caregiver who made our 2025 summer camps possible.
Your trust and support allow us to continue creating meaningful, nature-based learning experiences for children in our community. We canโt wait to see everyone back next summer โ and, of course, to welcome many familiar faces to Ada Farm School for the new school year ahead.
